The Charge welcome back Joe McCollum in the 2008 season. Joe recieved the Iron Man Award for his contributions to the team as he helped coach and played in a full season with the Charge. Ironman Joe McCollum also earned a spot on the 2007 NEFL All Star game. When the Charge used their style of offence in the allstar game, it was unmatched by no other in that game. The Charge look to fare well in the 2008 season, with Joe McCollum leading the way for Jimmy Lampron and the entire Tri-City Charge Team.
