Week 3 of the 2007 NEFL Season will be a good one, as the Tri-City Charge and the Champion Notre Dame Cobras kickoff in week #3. The Cobra's were 10-0 last year and 2-0 this year. The Charge have the youngest team in the league and a very exciting offense. Come see the Charge try to pull off the big upset.
